Payment Instructions
For credit card payment:
1) Browse to https://www.surfacewater.biz/shop/
2) Select “Add to cart” under Hourly consulting fee or desired course
3) Select “View cart”
4) Enter number of hours or number of attendees under quantity
5) Enter any applicable coupon codes for discounts and select “Apply coupon”
6) Click on “update cart” and “Proceed to checkout”
7) Enter billing details
8) Select “Credit card or Paypal”
8) Select “Proceed to PayPal” (Even if you wish to pay by credit card and do not have a PayPal account)
9) Select “Pay with a card” (If you wish to pay by credit card rather than PayPal, ignore the PayPal details at the top of the page)
10) Enter credit card details and select “Pay Now”
Upon receipt of payment we will e-mail a tax receipt to the e-mail address entered in the details
For direct bank transfer:
1) Browse to https://www.surfacewater.biz/shop/
2) Select “Add to cart” under Hourly consulting fee or desired course
3) Select “View cart”
4) Enter number of hours or number of attendees under quantity
5) Click on “update cart” and “Proceed to checkout”
6) Enter billing details
7) Select “Direct bank transfer”
8) Submit the order (no payment is processed at this point, but this confirms your place in the course)
9) Note banking details and process payment through your bank as a separate transaction. For international payments, be sure to note SWIFT code.
Upon receipt of payment we will e-mail a tax invoice with our account details to the e-mail address entered in the details
For Paypal payment:
1) Browse to https://www.surfacewater.biz/shop/
2) Select “Add to cart” under Hourly consulting fee or desired course
3) Select “View cart”
4) Enter number of hours or number of attendees under quantity
5) Click on “update cart” and “Proceed to checkout”
6) Enter billing details
7) Select “Credit card or Paypal”
8) Select “Proceed to PayPal”
9) Select “Pay with Paypal”
10) Enter paypal details and select “Pay Now”
